Pétur Sakari — Artistic Director, Head of International Relations


An internationally active organist and curator, Pétur shapes Diapason’s artistic profile and global relationships. He has appeared at leading venues and festivals across Europe, collaborated with major orchestras and choirs, and records for labels such as BIS and Sony Classical. Educated at the Sibelius Academy and the École Normale de Musique de Paris, he also gives masterclasses in organ repertoire and improvisation. Pétur serves as organ expert for key projects and has held leadership roles in Finnish organ and festival organisations.

 

Jussi Lehtinen — Head of Operations (board chair)

 

Jussi runs the operational backbone of Diapason productions—from schedules and budgets to technical advances and on-site delivery. He brings a rare blend of production know-how and multi-stakeholder project management experience, ensuring realistic crew plans, smooth get-ins, and on-time, on-budget performances. Beyond Diapason, Jussi leads Kehys Consulting (real-estate development advisory), and is an accomplished musician.

 

Sami Inkiläinen — Head of Productions & Media

 

Sami oversees Diapason Group’s concert productions and media development, bridging live performance with modern visual storytelling. With extensive experience from Warner Music Finland and the international film and commercial industry, he has led major creative productions and campaigns across Europe. His cross-sector expertise combines artistic vision with technical precision, ensuring that each project—from live concert to media production—delivers both aesthetic quality and flawless execution.

Emma Dahl — Producer & Artist Relations

Emma manages day-to-day production and artist care, coordinating rehearsals, travel and hospitality, house materials, and EPK assets. Trained as a classical musician (B.Mus, Royal College of Music, Stockholm; M.Mus studies in Gothenburg), she combines stage awareness with meticulous production discipline. Her producing experience includes roles at Korsholm Music Festival.

Miika Inkiläinen — Managing Director

 

Miika leads Diapason Group’s strategy, partnerships, and executive producing. With two decades of senior leadership and complex operations experience, he oversees contracting, budgeting, and delivery across the Nordic region—aligning artists, venues, and partners around clear timelines and high production standards
